Making a gif in photoshop isn't as hard as you think. All it takes is a good amount of planning. It was kind of a learning curve though, as in photoshop, you mainly deal with editing pictures, not making animations. But once your learn, it is straight forward. You have to have all your images, text, and layers in place before beginning to make the gif. You would then convert those layers into frames. After that, it's all about your vision. How long do you want a frame in place? What things do you want to remove in the next frame? A lot of the process is going around the learning curve, and planning the gif to how you envision it. I could see myself using this in the future for small little advertisements or a tiny message I want to say. Revolving the gif around Valentines day is good, as it already gives you the theme. My gif is mainly for businesses that sell flowers, but you can make gifs for yourself or to send a message to a friend.
